Intro & Objective:
When objective cards equal to the number of players plus one are scored, the game ends.
Components:

Setup: (who starts, how does it continue)
Choose who starts then play clockwise.
Each player start with: a leader, game board, two dice
Shuffle all decks
Reveal and play the top cards of the objective deck equal to the number of players plus one and set them beside the objective deck. These will be the objectives to end the game.
Reveal and play the top cards of the event deck equal to the number of players.
Reveal and play the top 3 items
Round:
Roll the die and Collect resources accordingly
Invest a single resource token in any event. (activate the resource ability)
Resolve events.
Use resources to buy items
Leaders: Each player starts with a character that influences the way their game begins in terms of what resources they produce.

Events:
In the investment phase, you will pick a token to place on an event, resolving that token’s effect.
When an event has all three of its specified token resources, it will resolve. Each event has three possible outcomes. The resource with the highest count (out of the three that were in the cards) determines the outcome and effect that the event will have. In the case of a tie, you choose the outcome. The player with the most resources in the event wins the event card. In case of a tie, each player, starting with the turn player and proceeding clockwise, bets a coin once(0 coins can be a bet). The player with the highest bet wins the event card. Place the event in the bottom area of the player board that corresponds to the color of the resource that influenced the outcome.
These events add a permanent effect when using the resource that influenced the outcome (and only that resource) specified by the card.
Extra deck:
Cards from the extra deck are one use only and they can be obtained by using militia resources and other card effects.
These cards are hidden from other players and can be used in any phase as long as the effects permit it and when used, they are discarded.

Endgame:
The game ends when the last objective is scored and every player has had an equal number of turns.
Count all the victory points from your items, events, objectives, and extra cards. The player with the highest victory points wins the game. If tied then the player with more coins wins. If still tied then they share the victory.
